What is the Creditors’ Portal?

The Creditors' Portal is a centralised index of Insolvent Companies and Individuals (known as "Debtors").

The Creditors' Portal provides Insolvency Practitioners appointed to oversee a Debtor's affairs a central location to publish documents, reports or circulars pertaining to that Debtor. 

The Creditors' Portal provides creditors a central location to view documents and reports, and the opportunity to fill out and lodge a proof of debts to formalise claims against the Debtors.
