To ensure that your creditor is included in any distributions made by the debtor company, it is important that you lodge your claim. You can do this via the creditors’ portal.
Once you are logged on and confirmed your authority you may submit your claim
Submitting your claim
From the main company landing page, click the "Submit" button from the claims tab, to enter the details of your claim.
The claim form appears:
Enter the amount of your claim.
Statement
Enter your statement:
Bank Details
Enter your bank details and your TFN.
Attach files
If you are required to attach any files in support of your claim, click the "Add files" button and select the files to upload.
Submit your claim
Click "Next". The declaration form appears.
Click "Submit" to submit your claim.
You have now submitted your claim.
