Creating a proxy in favour of another person or representative

As you need to be registered to vote, you cannot initiate a proxy on behalf of another person.

Proxy holders

If another person wants to attend and vote on a resolution:

1. If an existing user is linked to the creditor, the user will need to provide the creditor code to the proxy holder.
2. The proxy holder needs to register on the portal:
   
   
3. The proxy holder enters the creditor code to link to the claim.
   
   

   Note

   Once linked to the creditor the proxy holder also has permission to submit/update a claim.
   
   
4. The proxy creates the proxy documents themselves
   
   
5. Have them signed by the creditor (a director of the creditor company or individual claimant)
   
   
6. Upload the proxy form

The proxy holder accesses the meeting and generates the proxy form.

Note

The claim may be submitted in advance by the creditor.
