Sometimes registering may be frustrating when you can't resolve your login details.
Here is some guidance that addresses the most commonly experienced problems to assist you:
1. Make sure you click on the verification link within 24 hours. The expiry of the email link protects our users so please complete the email verification as soon as you register.

Note: When you try to logon or click the email link you will be prompted to resent the verification email.
2. Once you register this allows you to logon. Some user try to login using the registration screen. Login and registration are separate processes, so make sure you're using the correct page to login. We've all done it.
3. Provide an email address to which you can receive verification emails. To complete your registration you will receive an email and you need to click the link to confirm.
4. If you don't receive a verification email then:
a. check your junk mail
b. try to resend the verification email
c. make sure your email address in your registration has not been mis-typed.
Note: If your Insolvency Practitioner knows your email then you will be automatically linked to your claims. If you use an unknown email you will need to enter a code.
