Changing my user name

Your user name identifies you as an individual when you login on the portal website.

Note

Your user name may not be the name of any of the claims you administer, as claims may be in a company name or joint names.

To change your user name:

1. Select "My Account" form the top right hand user icon
   
   
   You user name details appear
   
   
2. Edit your first name and last name
   
   
3. Click Save
   
   Your user name is now updated.
